Dr Janelle King - Optometrist

Dr. King earned her Optometry Degree at Bradford University, UK and has done further training at the University of Waterloo. She has practiced Optometry for over 25 years, in the UK, the Caribbean and now for more than 10 years in Canada.

She manages our team and makes sure all of our skills work together to help support your health goals.

Nour Wehbe - Licensed Optician

Nour graduated from the Opticianry program in 2017. She joins the clinic with an interest in general care with an emphasis on individualised styling and Optical suitablity

Teresa - Optometric Tech

Teresa attended Carleton University recently completing her Masters Degree in Economics. She enjoys interacting with our patients and organizing our office and has a great eye for styling frames for our patients.

At Dr. Janelle King's Optometric Clinic, we treat even the smallest members of the family! From infancy to 18, we're here for examination, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing wellness for your children. We provide Myopia control treatment as well as Neuro-Developmental Optometric Therapy.

General Health

Not seeing well or just need an annual exam? We do it all! We also have a limited amount of emergency appointments for infections or injuries. Whether you're sick or only need some routine maintenance, we're here for you!

Vision Therapy

Vision therapy is also known as Neuro-Developmental/Behavioral Optometry and refers to a sub-specialty approach to improving visual skills, function and processing through the application of lenses, prisms, filters, tints and vision training.
